What happens if a task is delayed or fails?
Eligible tasks taking over 3 and up to 5 minutes receive 20% service credits; over 5 minutes, 100%. Failed or missing results refund the incomplete portion. Delay credits settle at 10:00 the following day (China Standard Time). Only the highest applicable credit applies per task.
How do I start using the API?
Read the API documentation, submit an asynchronous task and save its ID. Poll at the suggested interval. Keep your API key on your server.
Am I charged for failed generations?
Reserved credits are released for confirmed failures. Unconfirmed tasks remain pending for review and are not automatically resubmitted or charged again.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Contact support through WeChat for business bank transfer details. After confirming your receipt, support can provide a credit redemption code.
How long are images available?
Image links are valid for two hours. Download or copy your results promptly.
