IMGAPI SERVICE GUARANTEE
AI image generation APIService credit policy
Inputs and results are checked by task ID against objective issue criteria.
Based on credits actually settled for the task
1. Eligibility
A task is eligible when the service can identify its owner and task ID and confirm that credits were charged. Any credit amount is based on the credits actually charged for that task, regardless of whether they originated from a promotion or payment.
Duration is measured from successful submission until the server first receives the final result. Page animations, downloads, page loading and image saving are excluded.
2. Delay and failure criteria
| Server-recorded duration / result | Credit rule | Trigger |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 180 seconds | No delay credits | Recorded automatically |
| Over 180 and up to 300 seconds | 20% of settled task credits | Triggered automatically |
| Over 300 seconds | 100% of settled task credits | Triggered automatically |
| Generation fails, no image is returned, or the initially delivered image cannot be opened | Return all credits for the incomplete portion | Settled by the service; uncertain cases may require manual review |
3. Service credits and examples
Compensation is issued asservice creditsbased on settled usage. It is not a direct cash refund or a fixed number of replacement images.
When delay, failure and quality criteria overlap, only the highest amount applies once. For example, a 10-credit task taking over 300 seconds with a confirmed severe quality issue receives 15 credits at 150%, without an additional 100% delay credit.
4. Severe quality issues
Quality claims cover objectively verifiable severe defects that make an image substantially unusable. Personal taste alone is not a criterion. Examples include:
- Corrupt, entirely black or white images, severe visual corruption, widespread unreadable text or files that cannot open;
- Returned dimensions, aspect ratio, count or model that do not match the request;
- Complete absence of the main person, product or subject explicitly requested;
- Output substantially unrelated to the core prompt or reference requirements;
- Severe damage or distortion of the main person, product or subject, making the image substantially unusable;
- Obvious unrequested watermarks, abnormal borders or large areas of unrelated content;
- Platform parameter, model invocation or processing errors that prevent references, prompts or key settings from being submitted correctly.
5. Issues generally excluded from quality claims
- A result simply does not match personal aesthetic preferences;
- Subjective dissatisfaction with composition, lighting, appearance or color;
- Vague, contradictory or incomplete prompts;
- Disclosed model limitations, such as complex text, fine hand details or high consistency requirements;
- Minor imperfections where the main subject remains intact and useful;
- Reference images, links or inputs that are inaccessible, damaged or not lawfully authorized.
