1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the imgAPI website, dashboard, playground, and related interfaces and services that expressly reference it. It does not govern independent third-party products or services.

2. How we collect and use information
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive a Google identity token containing your Google account identifier and email address. We verify the token to sign you in to your email account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages. Email verification codes remain available as another way to sign in.
We process information lawfully, fairly and only as necessary for the purposes below. Declining optional information does not prevent unrelated functions. Declining information necessary for a particular function may prevent that function from working.

When submitting images or text containing another person’s likeness, contact details or personal information, ensure you have lawful authorization. Do not include identity documents, financial accounts, precise locations, health data, biometrics or other sensitive information unrelated to image generation.
3. Image, task and data retention
- Reference images:The reference image storage policy uses a 24-hour retention period. Removal follows the storage lifecycle and cleanup schedule.
- Generated results:Recent images are loaded in batches from the latest two-hour window, without a fixed count limit. Preview expiry does not immediately delete stored files. Archived files follow the storage lifecycle, and link availability depends on archival status and link expiry. Download your results promptly.
- Access:Image access depends on the URL and access controls supplied by the service. A valid signed URL can grant access to its holder. Do not share private image URLs or account credentials.
- Task and billing records:Task IDs, request summaries, statuses, credit changes and necessary audit records may be stored to prevent duplicate submissions or charges, resume queries and resolve disputes.
5. Processors, sharing and third-party services
We do not sell personal information. Information necessary to provide the service may be processed by these service providers under our instructions or their own applicable policies:
- Account and verification services:
imgapi.vipReceive your email address or mobile number and verification requests to send and validate codes. After sign-in, the website receives session and account information needed to access your account. - AI image services:
imgapi.vipThe connected API service and its model providers receive prompts, generation settings and reference images you submit in order to create and query tasks. - Object storage:Reference images and generated results may be stored by the connected services, including Alibaba Cloud OSS. Storage location and retention depend on the released service configuration.
We use contracts, access controls and security measures to govern processors. Independent third-party services are also governed by their own privacy policies. Where information is transferred following a merger, division, reorganization or asset transfer, we will give required notice and require continued protection.
6. Cross-border processing
The English website is intended for hosting outside mainland China and currently connects to API services in mainland China. AI processing locations may depend on the model provider. The released hosting, storage and model processing locations must be confirmed before the overseas service launches.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide information about cross-border recipients, purposes, methods, data categories and rights, and obtain separate consent or complete other required procedures. Transfers must be restricted if those requirements are not met. Do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
7. How information is protected
We use access controls, HTTPS, account checks and task recovery safeguards to protect service use. Backend production secrets are not embedded in this frontend. Your own session and API key are used to access your account and must be protected on your device.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If personal information is leaked, altered or lost, or such an incident is suspected, we will take remedial measures and notify affected people and authorities as required by law.
8. Your personal information rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, copies, correction, completion or deletion of personal information, explanations of processing, withdrawal of consent or account closure. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier processing or processing based on another lawful ground.
If a self-service option is unavailable, contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity to protect your account. We normally respond within 15 working days, explaining any extension for complex cases or legal requirements. You may also complain to the competent regulator.
9. Children and minors
The service is primarily for developers, businesses and teams with the legal capacity to use it. It is not directed to children under 14. Minors should use it under guardian guidance; children under 14 must not register or upload personal information independently. Information processed without required guardian consent will be deleted or anonymized after verification.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy when services, technology, partners or laws change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels. Where renewed consent is required, it will be obtained before processing continues. The latest update date is shown above.
