Terms of Service

1. Parties and scope

imgAPI is operated by the company identified below. These terms cover the website, playground, dashboard, API and related services that expressly reference them.

You must have the legal capacity required for your use. If you act for a business, team or organization, you confirm that you are authorized and will ensure its compliance with these terms.

2. Account creation, sign-in and security

1. You can sign in using email verification or a supported China mobile number. Successful verification creates an account automatically if one does not already exist.
2. Use contact details that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others, register accounts in bulk, rent, lend, sell or transfer accounts.
3. Verification codes are for your own use. You are responsible, as provided by law, for risks caused by voluntarily sharing codes, private download links or sessions. Contact support promptly if you notice suspicious activity.
4. Where necessary for security, we may request re-verification, revoke sessions, restrict high-risk actions or suspend accounts, explaining the reason where permitted by law.

3. Services and use

The service provides access to image models, reference uploads, task queries, result downloads, credit records and related management. Available models, specifications, prices and limits are those shown before submission.

Generation is asynchronous. When submission is uncertain, the website keeps the existing request for checking instead of automatically creating another paid task. Tasks may be submitted, processing, successful, failed or awaiting review. Recent images cover the latest two-hour window. Download your results promptly.

The service depends on third-party account services, AI models, networks and storage. Availability, speed, capabilities and output formats may change. We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility and recover service but do not guarantee permanent availability of a model.

4. Credits, prices and settlement

1. Credits are service accounting units, not legal tender, virtual currency or freely transferable financial assets. The existing accounting rate is 1 credit = CNY 0.01. USD prices on this site are estimates using a fixed reference rate of 1 USD = 7 CNY. They are not USD checkout charges.
2. Any promotional credits and model or resolution costs are subject to the information shown before submission. Promotional credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred, and may be subject to resets and abuse controls.
3. Credits may be reserved when a task is created and settled after confirmed successful delivery. Confirmed failures release the reserved amount. Uncertain tasks remain subject to review, with reservations held as needed to prevent duplicate charges or incorrect refunds.
4. Tasks eligible under theService Credit Policymay receive credits: over 3 and up to 5 minutes, 20% of settled credits; over 5 minutes, 100%; confirmed severe quality issues, 150% of settled credits for affected images. Only the highest applicable credit applies once per task.
5. Available packages, payment methods, currency, charged amount, credited balance, refunds and invoice rules are shown at checkout. No subscription or recurring payment is activated without explicit confirmation.
6. Contact support with the task or order details if a fault causes duplicate charges, missing credits or incorrect settlement. Verified issues will be corrected through crediting, release, reversal or refund as appropriate. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. User content and necessary permissions

User content includes prompts, reference images, links, brand materials and other inputs. You retain your lawful rights and confirm that you hold the permissions needed to submit and process the content.

You grant a non-exclusive permission, limited to providing the service and its processing period, to receive, cache, copy, transmit, convert, submit to model services, generate and display results, troubleshoot and resolve disputes. Without separate consent, user content is not used to train our own models or display it publicly.

Reference images follow a 24-hour retention policy and generated previews a two-hour window. Preview expiry is not the same as file deletion. Archived files follow storage lifecycle rules and links may expire. Necessary task, status, credit and audit records may be retained under the Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited and restricted conduct

Do not use the service to create, upload, distribute or facilitate:

• Content that violates applicable law or threatens national security, public safety or the public interest;
• Infringement of copyright, trademarks, likeness, reputation, privacy, personal information rights or other lawful rights;
• Unlawful sexual content, violent extremism, hate, discrimination, fraud, unlawful marketing, malicious impersonation or public deception;
• Unauthorized identity-deceptive synthetic content, or removal or alteration of legally required AI labels;
• Circumvention of quotas, rate limits, verification or access controls, vulnerability exploitation, attacks, bulk accounts, account resale or API abuse;
• Malicious code, unlawful data collection or use of results for unlawful decisions or high-risk activities.

Where lawful, we may refuse generation, limit access, suspend accounts, preserve records, remove unlawful content or report matters to competent authorities.

7. AI-generated output

1. AI output is probabilistic. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent with a prompt or similar to existing works, people or marks. Review it before publication, commercial use or making decisions.
2. We do not guarantee a particular aesthetic, platform approval, advertising compliance, registrable intellectual property or suitability for a specific commercial purpose. Do not treat outputs as professional advice or the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety or other high-stakes decisions.
3. Disclose AI generation or synthetic content where required and retain legally required visible, embedded or metadata labels. Do not use outputs to deceive or impersonate others.
4. Rights in AI output may vary by jurisdiction and use. We do not guarantee exclusivity or non-infringement. Verify your rights and use outputs lawfully.

8. Service changes and interruptions

Models, specifications, interfaces, fees or service availability may change for security, maintenance, capacity, provider changes, regulation or force majeure. Important changes will be communicated through the website, status page or other suitable channels.

If polling stops and acceptance cannot be confirmed, the website preserves the original request for recovery or review instead of automatically resubmitting the same paid task. This reduces duplicate-charge risk but does not guarantee task success.

9. Platform intellectual property

Except for user content, third-party models and materials belonging to others, lawful rights in the name, logo, interface, code, documentation, data structures and related content belong to the operator or licensors. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, sale or confusing use is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Liability

We perform the duties required of the operator by law and bear applicable responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. These terms do not exclude non-excludable consumer rights, personal injury liability or other statutory responsibilities.

Where permitted by law, responsibility for losses involving third-party outages, unlawful use, unreviewed AI outputs, failure to download results within a disclosed availability period or force majeure is determined by fault and applicable law. Take reasonable steps to limit losses.

11. Suspension, termination and account closure

You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Resolve pending tasks, disputes and settlements first. Personal information will be deleted or anonymized as required, except where retention is necessary for law, disputes, security audits or protection of rights.

We may restrict features, suspend or terminate service for serious breaches, threats to safety, infringement of third-party rights or legal requirements, without waiving lawful remedies.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Contact support first to seek resolution. If no agreement is reached, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court as provided by law. Statutory consumer rights to complaints, mediation and litigation remain unaffected.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to exercise a right does not waive it.
